- Student Housing
With experience building and renovating over 12,000 student beds, Kirchhoff-Consigli brings a strong understanding of all the requirements of today’s residence halls. These projects have included a variety of room configurations including singles, doubles, suites, and apartments. We have also built many of the campus amenities that are often included in residence hall projects such as dining facilities, food kiosks, and parking structures. Our student housing projects encompass new construction, major additions and fast-track summer renovation projects—all completed on the promised date for student occupancy.
Through our exclusive relationship with Kirchhoff Campus Properties, we can also provide our clients with turnkey student housing solutions.
- Campus Life
Facilities that enhance student life—dining facilities, athletic complexes, student centers and parking facilities, to name a few—are valued campus amenities and an important consideration with prospective students. Oftentimes they are also revenue-generating facilities that need to be built or renovated on aggressive schedules in time for fall occupancy. Kirchhoff-Consigli brings the proven ability to respond to these diverse program requirements in facilities that built for long-term functionality and durability.
- Academic Buildings
Academic buildings and program areas are the core of any campus environment. With experience building a wide range of higher education learning environments including libraries, classrooms, lecture halls, research laboratories, and conference facilities, we understand that these facilities are driven by technology and functionality. Kirchhoff-Consigli’s direct experience with the latest technology and systems benefits our clients with an advanced level of quality control.
- Arts & Cultural
Attention to detail is the defining element in Kirchhoff-Consigli’s approach to campus arts & cultural facilities, which are often considered signature buildings on campus. Whether it is precise climate control for an art museum, professional-quality acoustics for a performance space or preservation of a beloved campus icon, we strive for impeccable quality that achieved through detailed coordination with the design team and specialty consultants for a beautiful facility that really works.
