DCC Breaks Ground on Dorm

Kirchhoff-Consigli was recently awarded the $24 million dormitory that will house 465 students at Dutchess Community College, giving the Town of Poughkeepsie school its first dorm.  Construction will begin this summer and be completed for the Fall semester of 2012.  Working on virtually every local college campus, we're proud to say this is our first project for Dutchess Community College.

 

Ground Breaking at the Astor Services RTF Facility

We've officially broke ground on the Astor Services for Children & Families, Residential Treatment Program (RTF) project which will replace the children's living quarters.  Greg Burns, the President of Kirchhoff-Consigli added “We are excited to work with Astor on this valuable project, which will provide over 200 construction jobs. We have always been committed to work with the various non-profit and charitable organizations in the area. Our local employees are excited about working on this historic facility.”

The target date for completion is September 2012.

SUNY Albany Bus. School Awarded


We're pleased to announce the award of the University's 80,000sf, $32M, School of Business building, designed by Perkins+Will.  The building will feature technologically advanced classrooms and meeting spaces, breakout rooms for team projects, student reception areas, collaborative research centers, and a trading room featuring Bloomberg terminals.  Beginning in May, 2011, the project is scheduled for completion in September, 2013.
